Aimee Gordon represents companies in a wide variety of commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on professional services agreements, software licensing arrangements and procurement and supply agreements. Aimee counsels clients in a range of industries, and has significant experience negotiating both the vendor and customer sides of transactions.
Prior to joining Huggins Reddien LLP, Aimee was an associate in the Austin, Texas office of Cronin PLLC. Earlier in her legal career, Aimee worked for eight years as in-house counsel for the U.S. sales and marketing division of a global medical device company, where she developed an enthusiasm for structuring business deals and counseling management and business teams through the process of assessing and mitigating risk and negotiating terms in their commercial transactions.
Aimee received her law degree from The College of William & Mary School of Law in Williamsburg, Virginia with the honor of entry into The Order of Barristers. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Marketing.
