Sarah Preisler represents clients at all stages of development, from start-ups to the Fortune 500. Her practice focuses on technology, intellectual property, and commercial transactions across a wide range of industries and areas, including financial services & e-commerce, outsourcing, life sciences & biotech, software as a service (SaaS), autonomous vehicles, data analytics, artificial intelligence, manufacturing & distribution, and digital media. Sarah has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex licenses and collaboration agreements and in assisting companies in developing streamlined contracting forms and processes for their core business operations.

Prior to joining Huggins Reddien LLP, Sarah was Counsel for 10 years in Sidley Austin’s Technology & IP Transactions group. Prior to that, Sarah held various legal and non-legal roles at SVR Design Company (Landscape Designer), Phyla Crossmedia (VP Content Strategy & COO), the Walt Disney Company (Director Business Development - EXPN, Attorney – Disney Internet Group) and Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. (Attorney, Technology Transactions practice).

Sarah is located in San Francisco and is a Member of the California Bar. Sarah received her law degree from Stanford Law School. She also has a Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Washington and received an A.B. in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.
