Marshall Dye Reddien

Marshall Dye represents companies in a variety of commercial transactions, and provides strategic advice on litigation and employment matters.
Prior to joining Huggins Reddien LLP, Marshall was in-house counsel with the Match Group (match.com, Tinder, OkCupid, Plenty of Fish, and other brands) for 14 years, including serving as the SVP and General Counsel and the head of litigation and intellectual property. She started her law practice in the Dallas office of Jones Day, and clerked for the Honorable John McBryde in the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division.
Marshall received her law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1997, where she was a member of the SMU law review. She received a B.A. in English from Emory University.
