Henry represents companies in a wide range of industries on commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on technology-based transactions and intellectual property licensing. Henry has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent litigation in federal courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Henry is a registered patent attorney and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (US).

Prior to joining Huggins Reddien LLP, Henry was an associate with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC in the Austin, Texas office.

Henry received his law degree from The University of California Berkeley School of Law. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with High Honors.
