Jay Reddien represents companies in commercial transactions of all kinds, with particular emphasis on technology-based transactions and on services and outsourcing arrangements.
Jay’s clients range from start-ups to large public companies and have included companies from a variety of industries, including software vendors, hardware manufacturers, consumer products and fashion companies, medical device companies, consulting companies and a wide variety of e-commerce and Internet-related businesses.
Prior to co-founding Huggins Reddien LLP (and its predecessor Kastner + Huggins + Reddien + Gravelle LLP), Jay was in the Technology Transactions Groups of the Austin, Texas office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. and the Broomfield, Colorado office of Cooley Godward LLP. Prior to that, Jay worked in the corporate department of the Dallas, Texas office of Baker Botts L.L.P.
Jay received his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law with a Dean’s Achievement Award. He received a B.A. in Philosophy and Biology cum laude and with Departmental Distinction from Southern Methodist University.
